Pay Range: $15.65 per hour or more depending on education and experience

Position Summary: Responsible for processing gifts and pledges; researching donor information; updating records; generating reports; responding to inquiries and providing customer service. The position will ensure the overall accuracy and integrity of University of Idaho Foundation gift and donor records; assists in the management and supervision of other gift processors in Gift Administration; uses independent judgment to make decisions; will assist in training and educating other staff with the University of Idaho Foundation; and will interact collegially with Advancement units and other University partners on routine and non-routine activities.
Minimum Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year experience monitoring a records system to identify and correct errors or relevant education Experience researching a variety of sources to resolve problems Experience entering and retrieving data using computerized records system Experience with Microsoft Office Suite particularly Word and Excel Experience following directions and procedures
Preferred Qualifications: Experience using a large integrated database system such as Banner and/or a Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) software solution Experience manipulating database software to store, retrieve, and compile information into report format Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience leading a team and/or supervising and training others Customer service experience
