Bachelor's degree and six years of experience in the information technology field, a Master's degree and four years of related experience, or a combination of education and experience equal to ten years.
Salesforce Administration Certification(s)
Experience working with Salesforce.
Experience integrating Salesforce with internal/external systems, i.e. maintaining and monitoring timely and accurate data flow between Salesforce CRM and Student Information Systems.
Demonstrated application of Salesforce best practices through all phases: initial design architecture, system maintenance, security, data integrity, etc.
Experience gathering, analyzing and interpreting data to produce reports and support data driven decisions.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders regarding business process design, supporting technology, functional requirements, test plans and tasks.
Demonstrated ability in SQL and relational databases.
Proven experience managing IT professionals.
Excellent critical-thinking, problem solving, and project management skills.
Strong communication and writing skills, and the ability to communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to use independent judgement successfully to initiate and execute projects to completion.
An aptitude for thriving in chaos and being calm in mayhem, helping stakeholders move from panic to solution in an effective, methodical way. This includes being able to understand the bigger picture and how the puzzle fits together, rather than fixing the problem as presented in isolation.
Experience working with TargetX solutions.
Familiarity with Informatica.
Experience deploying Salesforce tools in Higher Education environment.
