The Sr. Retail Associate will manage and lead the store operations and provide excellent customer service to all patrons. This includes: hiring, training, and supervising employees, ordering and maintaining inventory, basic accounting duties, such as reconciling sales receipts, cash controls, and inventory balancing. In addition, ensure that the store meets the presentation standards by cleaning and sanitizing equipment. Other duties as assigned. Schedule may vary due to the needs of the store.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
High school diploma plus two (2) years retail food service experience; equivalent experience/education considered. The ability to read, write, weigh and measure necessary. Ability to communicate essential.
Supervisory experience preferred.
