UK Healthcare is seeking a Facilities Planning Director, responsible for managing healthcare facilities planning; short-term and long planning; project budgeting; managing the facilities planning team; and regulatory compliance. The selected candidate will ensure collaboration with the organization's leadership team, strategic planning team, UK Facilities Management leadership including Capital Project Management, and members of Healthcare operations team(s). In addition, the Director will collaborate with facilities management, provide input for strategic planning, as well as input and leadership for the UKHC Facilities Master Plan supporting relationships among the University of Kentucky (UK) health-related colleges and UKHC.
The Director will be responsible for project budgets for facilities infrastructure planning and development, including involvement with property acquisition, lease management, and minor projects/renovations. In addition, this position will provide supervision, performance management, and resource management to the Facilities team.
