The Nutritional Sciences Department – New Brunswick seeks a lecturer for it's Management of Food service Systems course. Duties include preparation of lesson plans, mid-terms and final exams. A course syllabus, should be available for the first class meeting. Duties may also include coordinating and mentoring students during assigned office hours. duties may also include other administrative responsibilities assigned by the Department Chair.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Requires a master’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience that demonstrates knowledge and understanding of dining hall and/or multiple restaurant operation.
