Oversees the maintenance shop and performs a variety of work commensurate with general knowledge and skills in the fields of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical; performs expert-level work in in one or more of these fields based on expertise, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Plans, controls, and supervises all maintenance and repair work; conducts meetings, inspects buildings, responsible for training, supervision, development, and employee annual/quarterly reviews; manages maintenance budget and performs other supervisory duties.
Ability to read and write common sentences and to calculate fractions, decimals, and percentages; nine months of experience or 900 hours of training in more than one skilled trades (i.e., electrical, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, locksmithing, painting/decorating, welding, landscaping, refuse management, HVAC, construction equipment operation) and related safety practices; one month of experience or one course in budgeting; three months of experience or three courses in management/supervision; may require valid Ohio license and evidence of satisfactory driving record.
Target Salary: $31.25 - $38.45 Hourly
