The Ohio State University College of Dentistry seeks an Information Associate to join its Orthodontic Division. The Orthodontics Division provides excellent, comprehensive orthodontic treatment for all ages. The orthodontic faculty members are leaders in their profession, and you will work with respected clinicians and educators work along with our orthodontic resident to provide the best care to our patients.

The successful candidate will be responsible to provides clinical office and project coordination for the graduate and pre-doctoral orthodontic clinics and clinic coordinators; to perform data collection, entry, analysis, and reporting; to interface with patients, parents, faculty, and residents and staff to schedule and coordinate patient care; to maintain databases; to assist the faculty, staff, and students with coordination of quality and outcome measures, including patient satisfaction; to provides internal support for clinical information system software; and works with patient accounts by assisting ortho financial counselor as requested.
Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
This position requires successful completion of a criminal background check and drug and alcohol screening.

One year of experience (1000 hours of course work or training) in customer service or communications, including analyzing and interpreting information; six months of experience (600 hours of training) in operation of computer and related peripheral equipment; three months of experience (300 hours of course work) in information research and analysis.
Scheduling patient's appointments accurately in a medical or dental setting; very detailed oriented; has developed organizational skills; completing appropriate correspondence to maintain patient communication; self-motivated individual capable of making informed decisions independently; open to develop and create on-going process improvements; working as a team member and has high level of emotional intelligence; able to develop positive working relationships with a diverse population; creates and analyzes patient data.
Target Salary: $12.50 - $14.50 Hourly
