Position Description: The Program Manager/Educator provides oversight and coordination of the four-university Western Region Universities Consortium and facilitates training for various worker audiences. Incumbent will work closely with the WRUC PI, other LOSH staff and consortium partners to monitor WRUC-wide training to meet established benchmarks; administer needs assessment and program evaluation activities; assist with WRUC reporting and research activities; and maintain internal and external WRUC communications. Incumbent plans Train the Trainer programs, supports outreach, and facilitates courses for LOSH and across the Consortium. Incumbent develops and maintains effective relationships with various partner organizations and agencies to identify new training opportunities and/or innovations in training approaches. Incumbent participates in local, state and national meetings and oversees completion of progress reports according to guidelines established by funders and the university.
