The Program Assistant will support the Graduate Nursing student compliance for clinical compliance.
Responsibilities: 1. Track students for their clinical requirements 2. Respond to telephone calls and email inquiries with appropriate information 3. Maintain accurate data entry regarding student status 4. Optimizing operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while analyzing for process improvement
High school diploma Knowledge of MS Office and open to learning other software systems Good interpersonal skills Ability to track progress of multiple items Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Strong time management skills and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Some college Experience using Salesforce or other similar applications
