All Temps is the internal staffing agency for The University of Pittsburgh. We are currently recruiting for an HR Manager. Responsibilities include management of all Human Resource related actions, payroll management for all staff within the Institute, coordination with administrative staff in other university departments/schools to facilitate the transactions needed to compensate faculty teaching but whose primary appointments are outside the Institute. Interface with the Office of International Services to complete the visa process for international personnel. Reviewing and processing all payroll forms related to the appointment/reappointment, Post Doctoral, Secondary, and Adjunct appointments.
A Bachelor's degree is required, a Master's degree is preferred.
