This position is in the Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Endocrinology, Metabolism & Lipid Research. This position is for the Medical School Campus.
This position assists the department with research, organization, preparation and record maintenance of special projects for the department.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Researches information, assembles material and prepares special projects.
Organizes and maintains division inventory and special projects records.
Types correspondence and distributes division mail.
Monitors division supply inventory and interfaces with building management and maintenance.
Manages online databases related to documentation and other requirements.
Provides support for the Fellowship Program and Division.
Acts as a backup for clerical staff.
Assists manager\administrative assistant with department procedures and policies.
Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent high school certification
Three years of experience in a business or medical setting.
