ISI is seeking a Postdoctoral Scholar â Research Associate.Â This is a 1-year, fixed-term position, with possibility of a 2rd year extension.Â This Postdoctoral Scholar â Research Associate will be conducting research in the area of quantum machine learning.
Job Duties will include:
Designing, implementing and training different types of Boltzmann Machines
Programming a D-Wave quantum annealer to train Temporal Restricted Boltzmann Machines (TRBM)
Analyzing and testing the performance of the TRBM
Ph.D. in Physics or Computer Science
Working experience in machine learning, in particular Boltzmann Machines
Working knowledge of Python and Matlab
Experience on quantum computing is not required, but some basic knowledge would be beneficial and preferred.
