DUTIES: Performs all aspects of blood bank testing, including but not limited to ABO/Rh typing, cross-matching, antibody detection and identification with appropriate follow-ups. Maintains quality control of equipment and reagents. Manages meticulous record-keeping and utilizes follow-up skills. Duties and responsibilities are not limited to the above description.
