The primary focus of the clinical faculty is on education, supervision, and evaluation of students in the program affiliated clinical settings. Clinical faculty may also expect to occasionally report to campus for lab setting, clinical instruction as necessary/assigned.
Essential Duties :
Maintain reliable transportation for assigned travel; Coordinate site schedules; Understanding the clinical objectives and clinical evaluation system and evaluating students' clinical competence; Providing students with clinical instruction and supervision; Communicate with Clinical Preceptors regularly; Participating in the assessment process, as appropriate; Maintaining current knowledge of program mission and goals, program policies, procedures, and student progress and monitoring and enforcing program policies and procedures.
Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Associate’s degree or higher in Radiologic Technology/Sciences, Current ARRT, R.T.®, American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, Radiography registration; At least two years of clinical experience in the professional discipline.
More than two years of clinical experience in the professional discipline.
