Information Sciences Institute (ISI) seeks a Programmer Analyst I for a 4-month, fixed-term position.
Analyzes, assesses & modifies existing programs to conform to system changes or to make improvements in the existing program
Stays informed of new developments and technologies
Assists with the analysis, design, documentation, testing and maintenance of programs
Writes, tests, debugs, translates and documents programs and applications according to specifications to enhance functionality and/or performance as necessary
Assists in researching, identifying, analyzing and fulfilling requirements of all internal and external program users
Assists users with procedural or minor technical problems
Follows protocols and procedures to ensure application security
Experience with lightweight neural networks for edge inference
Experience with system level benchmarking for AI accelerators: Estimation of system level throughput, energy efficiency and classification accuracy for running a deep neural network
Experience with algorithm development for spiking neural network
