The Division of Pulmonary Diseases and Critical Care Medicine at the UNC School of Medicine is recruiting for an Assistant Professor on the tenure track to conduct translational research in viral respiratory infections and acute lung injury. This position will include inpatient and outpatient clinical duties and teaching responsibilities in pulmonary and critical care medicine. The position will require developing and maintaining independent funding for translational investigations.
Education and Experience:
Qualified candidates must have successfully completed fellowship training in pulmonary diseases and critical care medicine, have evidence of independent funding and a record of excellence in research as demonstrated through publications.
