The Strategy Unit at Harvard Business School is seeking outstanding candidates for a tenure track position at the assistant, (non-tenured) associate, and full professor levels. In addition to a core MBA strategy course, we offer courses on topics that include competitive and corporate strategy, global strategy, strategy and technology, strategy implementation, and the economics of competitive interactions. The Unit also supports a doctoral program in strategy.
We are interested in exceptionally strong candidates with discipline-based training and research skills. The successful candidate should have a strong interest in the concerns of practicing managers and excellent communication skills. Applicants should have outstanding records in a doctoral program, and strong demonstrated potential and interest to conduct research at the forefront of their field.
