THE SECTION OF PULMONARY, CRITICAL CARE AND SLEEP MEDICINE IS SEEKING OUTSTANDING INDIVIDUALS FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITION:
Yale School of Medicine, Section of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine, is looking to hire a candidate at the rank of Assistant Professor. Incumbent will be a member of the core group of critical care faculty in our large multi-disciplinary medical intensive care unit or our outpatient services. In particular, this position is needed to support the growing volume in the Comprehensive Pulmonary Program and at Lawrence & Memorial Hospital. In addition to outstanding research and clinical skills, the candidate is required to have significant experience in program management, leadership, and outpatient practice in complex pulmonary patients. This ladder-track faculty position requires participation in research, educational and clinical activities as well as the ability to provide attending coverage of the medical intensive care unit, outpatient and inpatient services, and supervision of fellows. Significant contributions to the clinical, educational, and research missions of the division are expected. Minimum requirements include: publication track record, board eligibility/certification in pulmonary and critical care medicine, clinical experience in critical care and pulmonary disease.
