The Clinical Quality Specialist will be responsible for the coordination of quality metrics across the Enterprise. This position requires daily monitoring of potential core measures candidates to ensure accurate and complete documentation of quality measures; providing education throughout the Enterprise regarding quality measures to all members of the healthcare team; facilitating compliance with all disciplines; and facilitating and participating in problem-solving processes to resolve issues regarding patients, families, physicians, other departments, and staff
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of regulatory standards; function effectively as a team player; be proficient in supply changing management and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel); have excellent communication, collaboration and coordination skills, and be well organized with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.

Required Related Experience:
Required License/Registration/Certification :
BSN or higher and at least four full years of direct experience in healthcare compliance and reporting.
