Oversee/Manage implementation of new Certified Welding Program. Managing the overall delivery of the welding program. Updates curriculum in order to maintain a quality program in compliance with industry regulations. Performs all duties necessary to provide a variety of teaching/learning activities Monitor supplies and equipment and make recommendations to Manager. Evaluate students, maintain grade records, and provide other reports as required by the Manager.
High School or GED and 3-5 years of related experience as a Welder, Welding Instructor/Trainer in an industrial environment.
American Welding Society (AWS) certification desired but not required. Should possess strong attention to detail. Working knowledge of: Welding, Cutting and Fabrication, manufacturing. Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work well with others. Experienced in the area of AWS (American Welding Society) Welding. Must be familiar with:
