The Program Coordinator I duties include but are not limited to: -Coordinating logistics for RTWS on-campus and off-campus events. -Managing day-to-day operations and budgeting, acts as a liaison between RTWS and Wall Street HR contacts and has additional responsibilities in the areas of: program management and development, marketing and strategic and administrative support to the Program Director and Assistant Director. -Planning of all facets of meetings and events for the RTWS students, staff, and the Board of Directors. -Working directly with any outside vendors but also helps in creating direct mail and email, press releases, web updates, advertisements, magazine articles, and content on social media. -Performing all basic and advanced administrative duties required by RTWS, including contracts, procurements, and payments for RTWS events as well as planning and processing forms for reimbursement of travel and other business expenses for the Program Director, Assistant Director, and other key staff. -Traveling among regional campuses is required.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience that demonstrates knowledge and understanding of coordination, organization, facilitation, report analysis, writing, and promotion/outreach. Also requires a minimum of two years relevant experience in a program coordination or administrative function, good communication skills, and computer literacy.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Requires a BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field. - Excellent communication, business development, project management, and organizational skills, as well as computer, marketing, and web literacy are required. - Must be flexible as to the timing and nature of tasks and must be creative at identifying and solving problems. - Working knowledge of the following computer and software related skills: Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Powerpoint and Excel. - Working knowledge of both Apple and Windows computer operating systems.
