This is a one-year position supported on grant funding with the possibility to extend for another year.
The Program Manager/Department Administrator is a professional contributor who can competently and productively work independently on progressively complex projects/assignments including grant funded projects, interacting with funders, and departmental administrative projects. The responsibilities are of a highly professional nature. Tracks and analyzes data/program performance, then makes recommendations on operational improvements, with a high level of accountability. Expected to correct errors prior to any significant impact beyond operations. Serves as a liaison between the project director, project personnel, donors, VIPs, students, and department faculty and staff on a variety of project initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (such as statistics, psychology, nutrition, clinical research, physiology, education, or health science) and two years of experience managing and directing programs.
