The Database Analyst position is located in Frankfort, Kentucky, and will assist the Project Director and other team members in analyzing data as outlined in a grant awarded by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
This position requires the ability to write complex SQL queries for data extraction and reporting from health data claims and the ability to conduct simple statistical data analyses. The ability to visualize data utilizing business intelligence tools like Tableau is required. The Database Analyst will provide quality control insight into data analysis and interpretation within the grant project. The person in this position will also need to provide technical support/assistance as needed to stakeholders.
Development and management skills in BI/BA tools, Informatica, Tableau, T-SQL and PL/SQL. Strong communication skills (verbal and written); knowledge and experience in a health care environment.

Preferred Experience in working with various data types including healthcare data. Basic statistical skills. Driver’s license preferred.
