Responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating training programs. Act as campus liaison between Business Affairs and the Campus. Test, troubleshoot and identify solutions for system functionality issues with PeopleSoft and ServiceNow applications.
Develop, evaluate and conduct training classes for faculty and staff. Consult with department heads and other personnel to determine training needs. Plan training courses, update and maintain training material. Partner with Subject Matter Experts to understand and document business process needs and requirements. Provide end user support for use of PeopleSoft & Service Now applications. Act as Campus liaison communicating by phone, e-mail and in person for UT Arlington faculty and staff, utilizing Help Desk software to open and monitor incidents. Test system functionality, troubleshoot and identify system issues involving multiple systems including PeopleSoft FMS, PeopleSoft HCM and ServiceNow. Manage the Business Affairs learning management system to schedule classes, reflect registrants, attendees and course completion. Generate learning and development reports as needed. Follow up with training course attendees by providing and reviewing Class Evaluations. Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree with major course work in business administration, education, personnel management, or other related fields. Three (3) years of experience in training and development or the equivalent experience. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of current technologies, and strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency with PeopleSoft systems. Knowledge using the User Productivity Kit and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
