Research and provide feedback on the day-to-day service delivery of NCLC’s College Pathway Initiative (CPI), including the facilitation of the CPI Saturday Academy and other quality touch points of contact with CPI Fellows, the management of program data and the training of CPI Mentors who will provide guidance to CPI Fellows. Research and assist the management of relationships with CPI’s feeder high schools, as well as other NCLC partners in local higher education institutions, community-based organizations, and municipal entities. Develop final research project on best practices in developing new components of NCLC’s College Readiness Framework.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Some college and experience working with children. Good communication and conflict resolution skills and ability to work during the hours of 9am-6pm on some Saturdays.
