The Program Coordinator position is to assist the Endowed Chair in Translational Cancer Therapeutics (TCT)/Director of COBRE Center for Targeted Therapeutics (CTT) in all the aspects of the TCT and CTT administration. Duties include monitoring the TCT and CTT accounts, alerting the Director to any problems with the accounts and communicating with other parties as needed to resolve the problems; sending and monitoring invoices for CTT Core usage; preparing budgets and filling out grant application forms; collecting and entering information for the required reports; communicating with TCT and CTT faculty and external advisers; organizing meetings and seminars; placing orders and maintaining inventories of research and office supplies; maintaining office spaces and preparing them for meetings; assisting the Director and faculty designated by the Director in other administrative and clerical matters, as requested.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Master's degree and 1 year related program experience or a bachelor's degree and 3 years highly relevant experience.
