The Division of Philanthropic & Alumni Engagement (PAE) cultivates relationships with contributors, alumni, and other constituents on behalf of the University of Pittsburgh and UPMC, generating support for teaching, research, and care. As the hub for development and alumni relations efforts, PAE contributes to a bold, vibrant, and diverse academic community.
The primary focus with PAE is:
* Philanthropy to the University and UPMC, which drives innovation and enhances opportunities for students, faculty, researchers, and clinicians.
* Alumni relationships, expressed across a community of 318,000 alumni spanning the globe. PAE is seeking a qualified, organized and detail-oriented candidate to fill the position of Administrative Coordinator.
This position supports the Principal Gifts and International Advancement programs in the Division and provides a variety of detail-oriented administrative support and customer service for all program staff and partners. The incumbent will coordinate and attend meetings and events; assist in the creation and generation of reports; manage department budgets; coordinate arrangements for conference and fundraising travel including internationally; enter and edit information in the Advance database; and other administrative duties as required. This position has a dual reporting relationship to the managing director for principal gifts and the executive director for international advancement.
Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred One year of relevant administrationl experience.
