The Associate Director of Diversity and Inclusion serves as thought leader and collaborator for diversity and inclusion and advises RHS leadership team. Additionally, the Associate Director of Diversity and Inclusion will collaborate and coordinate diversity and inclusion efforts with the Division of Student Affairs, the Office of Inclusion and Intercultural Initiatives, and the Office of the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education; and will be seen as a divisional representative and advocate for promoting and supporting a positive campus climate.
Unit Specific Education/Experience/Skills
Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing one to two years of post-bachelor degree work such as a Master's in Higher Education Administration or related field; five to eight years of related and progressively more responsible and expansive work experience in residence hall administration; experience in program development, administration and assessment; management and/or supervision; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
