Supervise desk supervisors, desk assistants and office assistants, including selection/hiring, training, staff meetings, scheduling, evaluation, promotion and termination of student staff (totaling approximately 30-40 students). Process and maintain payroll records and serve as payroll attendant for approximately 60 student employees. Responsible for all resident occupancy tracking and reporting to the Housing Contracts Office. Maintain complex budget, track complex staff’s expenditures, monitor complex cash funds and all administrative records required to carry out these functions. Develop and coordinate policies and procedures for resident services, including: Making facilities reservations, managing key inventories, coordinating posting policies and coordinating front desk operations. Coordinate hall openings and closings within the complex. Responsible for all mail and package distribution within the complex, including summer mail requirements. Participate in Housing committees. During the summer months, this position serves as a Summer Conference Administrator, Summer School Administrator, or both. Other duties as assigned by Assistant or Associate Director.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
High School diploma plus two years relevant work experience or equivalency, including two years of supervisory experience is required. Cash handling experience is essential. Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, databases is necessary. Excellent written communication, task/time management and organizational skills are essential.
More than two years of supervisory experience is strongly preferred. University experience and experience with automated time-keeping systems are preferred. Experience developing a customer-oriented process and experience with payroll processing are desirable. Office manager experience supervising at least four people helpful. Excellent oral communication skill is beneficial.
