The Office of the Dean, in the College of Public Health, in searching for a Coordinator. This position will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Director and staff of the ETSU Center for Rural Health Research.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Manage day-to-day office details.
Prepare routine correspondence, process mail.
Perform human resource related tasks.
Supervise student workers and associated timekeeping responsibilities.
Manages operational budget, and works closely with COPH Assistant Dean for Finance and Administration.
Record minutes of staff meetings and distribute to appropriate center staff.
Drafts non-routine correspondence for director’s signature.
Uses word processing and graphics software to generate a variety of complex materials including correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Receives, directs and assists visitors and incoming telephone calls providing relevant information and problem solving information.
Maintains supervisor’s calendar and schedule, makes travel arrangements for director and staff members.
Coordinates special events.
Maintain budget documents, E-bucs and procard purchasing.
