What will you be doing in this role?
Under the direction of the Associate Director of Community Health Improvement, serve as team lead for health education efforts to improve the health of the community. Lead in implementation and evaluation of evidence-based health education programs:
Leads implementation of evidence-based health education programs for adults in the community
Train and supervise health educators and interns in implementing evidence-based health education programs
Leads evaluation efforts of evidence-based health education programs according to program dashboard and in alignment with the overall community benefit impact statement
Collaborates with Cedars-Sinai departments in health education outreach
Develops and expands community partnerships and links participants with resources as appropriate
Contributes positively to an effective and efficient work environment which motivates interdisciplinary members to accomplish goals
