Germanna Community College is seeking a part time-Administrative Assistant (AOS III) to work in Enrollment Services at the Fredericksburg campus. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for the Director of Enrollment Services as well as the Director of Financial Aid, to include: scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, preparing minutes, processing all things related to travel requests and reimbursements, submitting purchases in eVA, maintaining multiple budgets, and other administrative tasks needed. The successful candidate will also assist in analyzing data and processing transcripts in Parchment as well as other Admissions & Records tasks as needed. This person must be willing to travel to other locations as needed, which includes Locust Grove, Culpeper and Stafford. Salary range: $15.25-$19.00 Position is open until filled.
