The Business Partner Director manages the relationship among clinical operations, hospital, College of Medicine, revenue management, and finance to deliver value and drive alignment for clinical and corporate-wide strategic imperatives; acts as liaison between finance, clinical, and executive teams to provide business and financial support and insight; delivers and communicates financial insights to respective executive teams, service lines, department directors and staff, with accountability for performance in major initiatives and budget; serves as a key member of the clinical / department team and attends all relevant meetings; acts as the primary input and sign-off for budget, capital planning, and forecast processes as they relate to the individual's specific customer base. Other major responsibilities of this positions includes oversight, development, support and maintenance of the EPSI Decision Support Database.
Must demonstrate the ability to conduct and interpret qualitative/quantitative analysis of finances and operative data. Financial analytics. Data mining and visualization. Microsoft office suite.

MHA, CPA and/or MBA in Finance or Health Administration preferred.
