Position Description: The Organizational Leadership program in Benerd College at the University of the Pacific invites applications for a part-time, non-tenure track positions as an Instructor in the Organizational Leadership degree completion program.
Provide high-quality, student-centered instruction for an 8-week course in a hybrid format with in-person meetings either one evening per week or on two weekends.
Provide meaningful asynchronous contact hours delivered online to meet credit hour requirements.
Create and deliver course content and assessment activities that are relevant, applicable and reflect the current state of knowledge and practice in your discipline.
Ensure syllabus, Canvas website and other aspects of the course are consistent with University policy, ADA standards and best practices.
Basic Qualifications: Masters degree or earned doctorate with relevant background to course(s) being taught
Additional Qualifications: Experience promoting and fostering a learning environment that is supportive of individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Experience with online teaching.

Physical Requirements: May require extended periods of sitting and standing, bending and stooping, and occasional walking.
