Provide high quality outpatient Women’s Health care for a diverse and interesting University student and graduate student community. Work in a collaborative atmosphere with a team of physicians, NPs, RNs, and Medical Assistants to assure timely and comprehensive screening, contraception, and evaluation and treatment of common WH concerns, and provide consultation on complex GYN issues. Colposcopy, LARC, and other procedures performed on site; no obstetrics. The Student Health Center is AAAHC-accredited and is a dynamic workplace committed to providing health care to our student population in support of their academic success.
Required Education: M.D. or D.O. degree, NY State medical license, OB-GYN, or Family Medicine with GYN added qualifications, BLS certification.
Required Experience: 2 - 4 years relevant experience in ambulatory or equivalent setting.
Preferred Experience: Experience working in a Primary Care and/or Student Health practice setting
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, and written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
