The Technology Solutions Analyst will support quality improvement, data integration, and system extensions across the Trust's enterprise donor and CRM system, as well as the online fundraising and content management system. The Analyst will provide technical support for data extraction routines for communication and fundraising campaigns, as well as assisting with master data management and integrations from a variety of internal and external data sources. Evaluates user needs, defines technical problems, and works with Trust Records Management to determine solutions. Performs ongoing activities to maintain and enhance overall system performance.
The Technology Solutions Analyst will be responsible for:
Working with Trust Records Management on data hygiene and maintenance within online fundraising and event systems
Serving as a project manager for data projects, system upgrades, new platform integrations, and other initiatives involving external consultants, system providers, hospital staff, and Trust stakeholders
Defining the scope and requirements of the project. Identifying core requirements, the total budget and time line, project resources, and expectations
Providing technical support for data extract and hygiene needs for online and offline campaigns, including Direct Response and Special Events
Assisting with quality control and testing of data queries and configurations within fundraising systems
Completing data imports as well as support, and troubleshoot other data imports
Delivering training on the effective usage of online fundraising and Trust event systems
Contributing to the day-to-day management of the Trust's ticketing system (Jira), by tracking investigations ensuring all relevant information is available
To qualify, you must have:
A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Healthcare or a similar field
4 years of relevant experience managing data import and export routines, training staff on system usage, and configuring online systems
Three years of experience supporting complex technology projects, serving both internal and external constituencies
The ability to troubleshoot a broad range of technical issues both independently, and collaboratively with others as needed
Experience managing technical requests and support tickets through Jira or a similar system
4 years working in fundraising operations and online marketing with specific experience in fundraising platforms including Blackbaud CRM, Luminate Online, and similar technologies preferred
Experience providing technical support of cross-channel marketing and fundraising campaigns that include Direct Mail, Email, Online, and Social Media channels is a plus
