Performs formatting, archiving, and remove command.
Maintains equipment in good operating condition and reports malfunctions, maladjustments or necessary repairs.
Performs quality control procedures and/or assists Director of Medical imaging and Radiologists in quality management.
Maintains adequate necessary supplies in the room, i.e., syringes, needles, contrast media, etc.
Prepares proper mixture and set up of different media.
Practices correct sterile, decontamination techniques, and bio-hazard methods
Maintains emergency kit and equipment in the room.Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
Is available for on-call or after-hours schedule.

Minimum Education: - High School diploma or equivalent. - Graduate of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology, either college affiliated or hospital trained.Minimum Experience: - Minimum of (2) years CT experience. - Previous acute hospital experience preferred. Required License/Certification: - Current certification: CRT and fluoroscopy permit required. ARRT and ARRT- CT certification preferred. -Current BCLS certification.
