The Department of Nursing invites applications for the position of Full-time Assistant or Associate Nursing Faculty with expertise in the areas of Fundamentals and Medical/Surgical curriculum. This position is responsible for the instruction of undergraduate and graduate student groups. Faculty report to the Director of the School of Nursing, the Faculty-Nursing Education position teaches courses in accordance with the schedule of classes and follows the approved course descriptions and syllabi established by the Nursing Faculty Curriculum Committee and administered by the Director of the School of Nursing and the Dean. This position is for fall 2020.
Experience and Qualifications:
Nursing Faculty must have at least two (2) years of relevant nursing experience in their specific area of education responsibility.
MSN required; must be willing to earn a doctorate degree as a condition of employment.
Experience in baccalaureate and Master’s nursing education and curriculum development required.
Unencumbered license to practice nursing in NH or another compact state required (or eligible for licensure)
