The post-doctoral research associate will work in the DICON Laboratory and MEG Center with the principle investigator and research team to plan, develop, implement, and conduct scholarly research at UNMC. This includes ongoing NIH and NSF funded research in healthy aging and development, as well various neurological populations.. Duties may involve research study design, participant recruitment, data collection, data analyses, writing manuscripts and grants, as well as scholarly presentations. Data include cognitive assessments, MEG and MR imaging data, the outcomes of various psychophysics experiments, electronic medical record data, and other forms of data. The candidate will also help prepare research progress reports and grant applications, publications, and institutional review board and other compliance reports as directed. The selected candidate will also work as directed with collaborators internal and external to UNMC.
