Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey is seeking a motivated Data Control Clerk I for the Department of Pediatrics-Early Intervention within the New Jersey Medical School.
The Data Control Clerk I, will provide coordination, scheduling, data management and clerical support for the Early Intervention Program evaluation team.
Among the key duties of this position are the following:
Oversees and coordinates scheduling of all evaluations and IFSP meetings for evaluators, families and service coordinators within mandated timelines and according to evaluation guidelines.
Maintains office filing system for client charts.
Enters data and disseminates data reports on all clients.
Creates and updates weekly schedule of appointments and disseminates to evaluators and service coordinators.
Communicates on the telephone with families and other agencies on a regular basis in a professional and courteous manner.
Assists program manager to maintain compliance with NJ Department of Health and Senior Service regulations for early intervention.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Three (3) years prior clerical experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of PC software programs used by department.
