Postdoctoral position in the Birth to Three Clinic and Early Childhood Mental Health Program in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Minnesota. Position will be for 2 years with an anticipated start date of summer 2020.
80% Clinical - assessments and therapy with patients in the Birth to Three Clinic as well as in the University of MN Masonic Children's Hospital, including the CVICU and PICU (among other areas).
20% Research - contribute to ongoing research by collecting data, data analysis, and assisting with writing protocols as well as publications, IRB management, and development of new research projects.
Requirements: Applicants must hold a Ph.D. degree in child clinical psychology with experience in research with a particular focus on early risk factors.
Preferred qualifications: Preference will be given to applicants with a demonstrated expertise in developing scientific protocols, scientific writing, and excellent letters of reference. Design clinic and scientific protocols, scientific writing and carry out experiments, interpret results, co-author and submit manuscripts and research grants.
