Technology Project Manager (SSPC II), $33,494 per year, USC Aiken Enrollment Management Division The Office of the Associate Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management seeks applications for a Technology Project Manager. The position is a key member of the leadership team in the Division of Enrollment Management. The Project Coordinator oversees enrollment technology implementation and utilization for all enrollment management offices, manages daily activities of artificial intelligence system and customer relationship management system, and coordinates daily technology-based communications with prospective students and parents. The Project Coordinator also provides background research and implementation guidance for projects as directed by the Associate Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management and coordinates functional operations of all graduate admissions and dual enrollment activities. Master's degree in Student Services or related area, or bachelor's degree and two years related experience required. Some knowledge of enrollment management at the university level required. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, faculty, staff, and the public is necessary. Must be familiar with higher education technology and have demonstrated ability to implement new products/services. Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Experience in managing university-based CRM and/or artificial intelligence systems; experience with Ellucian Banner; demonstrated success in managing university admissions and/or enrollment programs or projects are all preferred.
