Position Summary: The Physical Therapist II or III provides a full range of physical therapy services including evaluation, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and discharge planning. Salary Range: This position can be filled as a PT II or a PT IIIRate Minimum $44.30 Maximum $65.61
Required Qualifications: Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workloadBasic Life SupportExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishIf assigned to work with infants and children aged 0 to 21, CCS paneling/approval will be required within one year of hire if qualified for CCS paneling requirementMinimum 5 years' experience as a licensed physical therapistMinimum of 10 years clinical experience as a licensed physical therapist (PT III)Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the jobMust possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned dutiesPhysical Therapy License or proof of eligibility from California Board of Physical Therapy
