The Program Coordinator for the Women's & LGBTQA+ Centers is a vital member of the Diversity and Inclusion (DI) Team and will assist with education, programs, and support to help promote an appreciation of diversity, inclusion, and cultural awareness on campus. Working collaboratively with the professional staff at the centers, the program coordinator will provide leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs and services provided by the LGBTQA+ & Women's Centers, which includes programming related to leadership development, sexual health promotion, gender equity, and the evolving concepts of gender. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with the development and coordination of an annual plan to address diversity, inclusion, and social justice on campus to educate and promote awareness and inclusion of women, gender, gender equity, and sexuality/sexual health; and encourages an appreciation of diversity, inclusion, and multiculturalism on campus.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies, Educational Administration, or related fields. A minimum of one (1) year of experience working in higher education or a related field. Equivalent education/experience may be considered. Must have experience with diversity and inclusion training or conducting workshops. Must have experience in developing and implementing programming and presentations related to leadership development, gender, gender equity, social justice, sexual health, and experience working with LGBTQA+ individuals and topics. Presentation and programming skills essential. Must have strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively, problem solve, and manage sensitive information.
Master's Degree in Educational Administration or related field. Supervisory experience preferred. Experience developing, implementing, and assessing programs, presentations and service areas, particularly with programming, services and/or advocacy for women, LGBTQA+ individuals, and gender equity desirable. Two or more years of professional experience with diversity, multiculturalism, working with intersectionality of identities, and social justice helpful. Volunteer management desirable; research, grant writing, fundraising, external funding acquisition helpful.
Posted Salary: $36,000 minimum
