High school graduation or equivalent and two years of full-time clerical experience or equivalent work and educational experience One-year experience working in customer service Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations Effective oral and written communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of HSEWI programs Experience working in higher education Experience with online document management or content management systems
