Position Summary: The incumbent acts as both a functional and technical leader in the development, testing, maintenance and enhancement of M*Modal and other clinical applications as required. The analyst will work with IS Leadership, stakeholders and vendors to ensure system is stable and meets business needs, as well as providing support and training to end users in clinical spaces.
Rate Minimum $74,300.00 Maximum $159,600.00
Required Qualifications: Ability to apply logical troubleshooting and analysis techniques for the purpose of problem resolutionAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health SystemAbility to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workloadAbility to self-initiate and effectively problem solve issuesExcellent customer service skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExperience using/implementing/supporting an EMR or other clinical software in a hospital and/or ambulatory settingMust be willing to participate in 24 hour on-call rotationsWorking knowledge of inpatient and/or ambulatory clinic workflows
Preferred Qualifications: Experience training end users and other support staff in use and troubleshooting of clinical applicationsExperience with EpicCare Ambulatory and/or specialty modulesExperience with M*Modal softwareKnowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and formsProject Coordination / management experience
