At least two years of experience managing higher-education professionals is required. A background in recruitment, application processing strategic and tactical student market analysis is essential. Master's degree in student affairs administration, religious studies, or similar related field is preferred. Knowledge of and experience with Slate and data analysis and presentation tools. Excellent interpersonal, oral/written communication, customer service skills and strong presentation/public speaking ability are required, as well as the supervisory and leadership skills to direct a diverse staff and to maintain high morale. Experience in financial management and operations, comprehensive knowledge of graduate/professional school admissions practices and financial aid concepts.
