This is a prime opportunity to drive our organization-wide philosophy and approach for high-priority initiatives including our Digital Transformation and Operational Excellence program.
Reporting to the VP, Talent and Organization Development, you will focus on:
Building an enterprise-wide change capability by defining, developing, and deploying a set of change management services and tools
Directly supporting the change and communications needs of critical projects
Providing visibility to senior leadership into change impacts across the institution in support of strategic prioritization
Developing a team of change management, communications, and training specialists who will provide both consulting and specialist support across the organization
Our ideal candidate is:
An experience leader with a growth mindset, global perspective, and business insight to create vision and purpose
7-10+ years of diverse, large-scale change management and transformation experience
Able to move easily between high-level strategy creation and more tactical, project-planning discussion with both team members and executives
