The University of Pittsburgh Physicians (UPP) was established in 1999 with the affiliation agreement with the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. UPP offers an academic mission, including education and research, for the 23 clinical departments. UPP provides centralized support services for the clinical departments such as information services, legal services, human resources, and financial and medical billing.

The Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences is the #1 NH-funded 0b/Gyn department in the U.S. and in collaboration with Magee Women's Research Institute and the University of Pittsburgh have attracted over $60 million in grant funding annually. The department also consistently receives top rankings nationally by U.S. News in the county. The Department is recruiting for Assistant. Associate, and full Professor levels in all 0b/Gyn subspecialty practices including Maternal Fetal Medicine, Gynecologic Oncology , Reproductive Endocrinology & Fertility, Urogynecology, Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery and Family Planning.
