We are seeking a Defined Contribution Analyst for our best in class Benefits Department .
Be responsible for the administration of the Qualified Defined Contribution Plan, Non Qualified Deferred Compensation Plan, and grandfathered Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation Plan (total assets of $4 billion).
Ensure plans are in compliance with federal regulations and IRS codes.
Technical and operational lead on all governmental filings for the Qualified Defined Contribution Plan.
Capable of building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
Able to work effectively in an environment notable for complex, sometimes contradictory information.
Adept at planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
Adept at building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives and goals.
An effective communicator, capable of determining how best to reach different audiences and executing communications based on that understanding.
Able to operate effectively, even when things are not clear or the way forward is not obvious.
Bachelor's degree preferred with 5 years or more defined benefit/defined contribution experience.
In lieu of Bachelor's we can consider candidates with 9 years of experience.
Strong communications skills both verbal and written.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical skills are essential.
Familiarity with Workday a plus.
Healthcare experience preferred.
